Condition	Effects
Command: Halt	Cannot move. Cannot take Actions, Bonus Actions, or Reactions.
Gossamer Tomb	This creature is entombed in  Infested spider silk, and cannot move or take actions. Unless the silk is removed with ⁠Acid or ⁠Fire damage, it will explode, dealing 8d10⁠⁠Poison to the entombed creature.
Hold Monster	Affected entity can't Move or take Actions, Bonus Actions, or Reactions. Attacks against the entity have  Advantage. Attacks against the entity are always Critical Hits if the attacker is within 3 m (10 ft). Affected entity automatically fails all Strength and Dexterity  Saving Throws. At the end of each turn, the affected entity makes a Wisdom  Saving Throw. On a successful save, the condition is removed.
Hold Person	Affected entity can't Move or take Actions, Bonus Actions, or Reactions. Attacks against the entity automatically succeed their Attack Roll. Attacks against the entity are always Critical Hits if the attacker is within  Range: 3 m (10 ft). Affected entity automatically fails all Strength and Dexterity  Saving Throws. At the end of each turn, the affected entity makes a Wisdom  Saving Throw. On a successful save, the condition is removed.
Infernal Stun	This creature cannot move or act, and Raphael can  Soul Drain it at will.
Paralysed	Affected entity can't move or take  Actions,  Bonus Actions, or  Reactions. Attacks against the entity are always critical hits if the attacker is within 3 m (10 ft). Attack rolls against the entity have  Advantage. Affected entity automatically fails all  Strength and Dexterity Saving Throws.
Paralysed	Creature is Incapacitated Vulnerable to ⁠Slashing, ⁠Piercing, and ⁠Bludgeoning damage. Automatically fails all Strength and Dexterity  Saving Throws Any Attack Roll made against this creature by an attacker within 3 m (10 ft) automatically hits and is an automatic Critical Hit
Stricken with Crawler Mucus	Affected entity is  Poisoned and  Paralysed Lasts until affected entity has made a successful  Constitution Saving Throw.

Notes

• The  Elixir of Guileful Movement can prevent paralysis, but its ability to remove it needs verification.
