• Affected entity has a -1 penalty to Wisdom, Intelligence and Charisma saving throws for every turn remaining.
• When it fails a Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma saving throw while having 5 or more turns of this condition remaining, the entity takes 1d4⁠⁠PsychicDRS damage and is no longer mentally fatigued.
• Mental Fatigue has a maximum Duration: 7 turns.

• Ring of Mental Inhibition: When a foe fails a  Saving Throw against the wearer's spell or action, they are inflicted with 2 turns of  Mental Fatigue. [Does not seem to apply to weapon passive effects, weapon coatings, or cloud or wall spells]
• Braindrain Gloves: When the wearer deals ⁠Psychic damage, inflict 2 turns of  Mental Fatigue.
• Braindrain Cape: When the wearer succeeds a  Saving Throw against any foe's spells or actions, that foe gains  Mental Fatigue. Note: This item is inaccessible through normal gameplay. It can still be accessed via third party tools.
