Act Three

Bobula Hanvers is employed by  Figaro Pennygood at Facemaker's Boutique in the Lower City. If  Dolor escapes at the Wine Festival, he travels to the shop to kill Figaro, who is one of his murder targets in the quest ⁠Investigate the Murders. Before and after this assassination attempt, she is mostly discussing slogans with fellow shop assistant  Phlanders Hort.
