Bloodletting is a weapon action granted by  Artificial Leech (+1) that deals additional Necrotic⁠Necrotic damage and makes the target bleed. It cannot be used by player characters, even with the weapon equipped.

Description

Pierce an enemy's flesh and possible make them Bleed Bleed. Some undead and constructs can't suffer bleeding.
