Where to find

• In the Myconid Colony next to Sovereign Spaw, after delivering Nere's head

Notes

• This item can be used to unlock the door to the secret room in Balthazar's quarters in Moonrise Towers.
• If placed and taken out of the Chest of the Mundane it reverts to Nere's Head.
