Fanatic Retaliation is a level 3 evocation spell. It is a legendary action used by Kar'niss when one of his spindleweb fanatics are killed, and he will target the killer. It cannot be learned by party members.

Description

Avenge a fallen  Spindleweb Fanatic with a psionic barrage that can  Silence its killer.

 INT Save (Spell save DC) (On Save: Target still takes half damage.)

 Range: 18 m / 60 ft

At higher levels

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.

Condition: Silenced

• Creature can't speak or cast spells with a verbal component, and is immune to Thunder damage.
