Galvanise is a legendary action used by Dror Ragzlin in Honour mode. Once per turn, when an ally is attacked, he can grant nearby allies an additional  Action on their next turn.

Description

Bestow all allies within 5 m (17 ft) with an  Action Surge they can spend.
