Notes

• Hit points can be repeatedly regained outside of combat by entering turn-based mode while standing in overgrowth or vine surfaces and repeatedly ending the turn until it is the wearer's next turn.
• The description is slightly misleading, as it only requires standing on either a  Twisting Vines or  Plant Growth surface to trigger the healing rather than having the specific conditions slowing movement associated with them. The conditions can be safely negated with anything that provides immunity to  Difficult Terrain while keeping the healing aspect of this passive.
