Haroldish Doom is a passive feature that diminishes a target's combat prowess whenever you deal damage to the target.

Description

When dealing damage to a target with a ranged weapon, the target must succeed a Charisma  Saving Throw or be  Baned for 2 turns.

Condition: Bane

Duration: 2 turns

DC 13  Charisma Saving Throw

• Has a -1d4 penalty to Attack rolls and Saving throws.
