Insidious Cold is a passive feature that chills your targets whenever you deal cold damage.

Dealing Cold damage with a spell possibly inflicts  Chilled upon the target.

 CON Save (DC 12)

• Affected entity is vulnerable to ⁠Cold damage and resistant to ⁠Fire damage.
• Applying  Wet to a chilled entity will make it  Frozen for Duration: 1 turn.

How to learn

Granted by the weapons:

• Mourning Frost

Notes

• A maximum of one target per attack can be Chilled by Insidious Cold.
• Any attack which is both a melee weapon attack and a spell (such a  Booming Blade) will trigger this passive.
