Legendary Action: The Dead Wastes is a passive feature used by Balthazar that lets him use The Dead Wastes The Dead Wastes to create a rift that heals undead and damages living creatures.

Description

Once per round when a creature dies, Balthazar can use his Legendary Action to create a necrotic miasma where it fell that heals Undead 4d6⁠Hit Points⁠Hit Points and deals 4d6⁠Necrotic⁠Necrotic to living creatures at the start of their turns.

Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
