Morbus can be found in the graveyard playing hide and seek with Pookums. If the party speak with him, Morbus explains that he is looking for his buried sister so that they can be together again.
He can also be spoken with regarding the quest 
. Morbus then remembers that Thrumbo said "down the stairs, across the sand".
