Flipping Levers - Ranged Attacks[edit section]

Not sure if this is specific to patch / game version (running patch 3, v4.1.1.3732833) and/or certain levers in the Iron Throne, but shooting the lever for the northeastern chamber (in the same area as the ladder entering/exiting the lower level of the submarine) and the southwestern chamber in the western corridor did not open the doors to allow the Gondians to escape. I used unmodified ranged attacks with Shadowheart and Karlach to flip the levers to open these doors with no success, attempted ~4-5 times each door across multiple resets. Flipping them "manually" worked fine.

Summons and Levers[edit section]

Most summons can in fact interact with levers if they simply use a basic attack on the lever. The only exceptions I know of are the Fungal Zombies since they cannot attack inanimate objects. 136.53.49.110 03:19, 24 April 2024 (CEST)Reply

Time Limits[edit section]

The time limit, particularly on Honour Mode, can seem daunting. However, even without an optimized party (e.g. specifically selected classes, summons, builds dependent on specific equipment, or barrels) it is entirely possible to release all the prisoners, including Ravengard and Omeluum, during the first turn, and to get everyone to the airlock by the end of the second. This is distinct from some of the examples, as additional intervention is required for everyone to make it back that quickly (e.g. Dimension DoorDimension Door, or throwing Potion of Speed at them). Not that this is necessary. It just demonstrates that five turns is significantly more than you actually need. Walkthroughs with various levels of optimization are available online. See: Example 1Example 1, Example 2Example 2, and solo example. One important note is that the levers to unlock prisoner doors does not cost an action to pull, so these levers should be pulled as soon as possible; to guarantee every prisoner escapes, it is ideal to pull all levers with 3 turns remaining, or 2 turns at the absolute minimum (releasing the furthest prisoners first). Other then the centermost room, prisoners will not be able to escape to the submarine in only one turn without teleportation or haste. Capranaut (talk) 01:38, 26 April 2026 (CEST)Reply
