Zhentmodeus is a Zhentarim Zhentarim mercenary who can be summoned during Confront the Elder Brain⁠Confront the Elder Brain in Act Three.

Involvement[edit section | visual editor]

Zhentmodeus can be summoned with the Gather Your Allies Gather Your Allies action Black Fist Enforcers Black Fist Enforcers, together with Zhent Half-Elven Zhent Half-Elven and Zhent Elf Zhent Elf, if the party completed Aid the Underduke⁠Aid the Underduke and sided with the Zhentarim Zhentarim. She only shows up if Fishbait Arno Fishbait Arno, Slick Inatra Slick Inatra, Gravedigger Karcen Gravedigger Karcen and Phase Phase died prior to the Netherbrain battle.
