•  Advantage on  Attack Rolls against  Bleeding creatures, as long as there are Kuo-toa to worship BOOOAL.

• Sacrificing a true companion to  BOOOAL

Notes

• There must be at least two companions in the party, one of which can be a hireling, for the dialogue choice to sacrifice a companion to appear.
• It is possible to get this buff without having to sacrifice a companion with the following steps:
  1. Lure  Pooldripp away from the altar (for instance: up the path toward the exit to the Underdark) with  Minor Illusion or other non-violent means. He goes back to the altar after investigating. If Pooldripp is not lured away, the cutscene for this event begins upon any character approaching the altar, even if  Invisible.
  2. Pickpocket the  Sickle of BOOOAL off Pooldripp, and avoid him until he resumes worshipping.
  3. Trigger the cutscene near the altar.
  4. Navigate the dialogue choices to either persuade BOOOAL that the player character can "kill many more in your name"; or identify him as a "rabid little fey creature" and then say [To priest] to "bow before BOOOAL's chosen".
• Earning BOOOAL's Benediction grants the party experience as if BOOAL and all his worshipers are defeated.
• This buff persists through  death and is only removed if all of the  Kuo-toa in The Festering Cove are killed.
• Only characters who are present and in the active party at the moment the Benediction is triggered receive the buff. Those at camp or outside the party roster do not, and the effect cannot be reapplied later.
