Channel Oath Charge

 Channel Oath Charge is a class-specific resource for Paladins.

Overview

The exact effects available when used vary depending on which Oath the paladin swore when taking the class. Though paladins will only ever have a single charge available to them, it is replenished on a short or long rest.

If a paladin breaks their oath, then they become unable to use their Channel Oath abilities until they speak with the Oathbreaker Knight, and either reclaim their previous oath or discard it and become an Oathbreaker.

Inquisitor's Might	+	You or an ally's weapon attacks deal an additional Charisma modifier⁠⁠Radiant damage and can  Daze enemies for 1 turn.	Class Level 1  Oath of Vengeance
Spiteful Suffering	+	Steep an enemy in the darkness that churns within you. The target takes 1d4 + Charisma Modifier⁠⁠Necrotic damage each turn and Attack Rolls against it have  Advantage.	Class Level 1  Oathbreaker
Sacred Weapon	+	Turn your weapon into a  Sacred Weapon. It has a higher chance of hitting, and emits a bright light.	Class Level 3  Oath of Devotion
Turn the Unholy	+	Turn nearby undead and fiends. They are forced to flee and cannot come close to you.	Class Level 3  Oath of Devotion
Nature's Wrath	+	Invoke primaeval forces to restrain an enemy.	Class Level 3  Oath of the Ancients
Turn the Faithless	+	Channel your Oath using ancient words to  Turn nearby Fey and Fiends.	Class Level 3  Oath of the Ancients
Champion Challenge	+	Challenge the enemies around you, compelling them to attack only you. Any attacks they might make against other targets have  Disadvantage.	Class Level 3  Oath of the Crown
Turn the Tide	+	Shout out and heal all nearby non-enemy creatures.	Class Level 3  Oath of the Crown
Abjure Enemy	+	Frighten an enemy. They have  Disadvantage on ability checks and  Attack Rolls, and they cannot move.	Class Level 3  Oath of Vengeance
Vow of Enmity	+	Gain  Advantage on Attack Rolls against an enemy.	Class Level 3  Oath of Vengeance
Control Undead	+	Use the power of your Oath to gain control over an undead creature. The undead will follow you around and attack your enemies.	Class Level 3  Oathbreaker
Dreadful Aspect	+	Let your darkest emotions burst forth as a menacing pulse to  Frighten nearby enemies.	Class Level 3  Oathbreaker
