Reaper of Bhaal Deera is a member of the Cult of Bhaal , in the High Security Vaults in the Counting House in the Lower City .
During the The High Harper quest, the party can go to the Counting House in hopes of catching up to Minsc. Inside the vaults, the party witnesses Minsc emerge from a Mimic and defeat it. 'Jaheira' then appears with a handful of Bhaalists including Deera, and teleports away with Minsc, leaving the cultists to attack the party and the staff.
