Elemental Infusion is a passive feature that adds elemental damage to the wearer's next weapon attack, after dealing elemental damage with a spell.

Description

When you deal AcidAcid, ColdCold, FireFire, LightningLightning, or ThunderThunder damage using a Spell or a Cantrip, that element infuses your weapon.

Until the end of your next turn, you deal an additional 1d4 damage of that element on your first successful weapon attack.

Notes

  • Elemental Infusion can apply its damage bonus multiple times to a single weapon attack.
  • The individual elemental damage boost conditions all share the same StackID with each other, meaning only one may be active on a character at a time. However, the conditions also use a StackType of Overwrite, meaning the last condition applied from the passive is the condition that will actually affect the wearer's next weapon attack. Due to the way the passive is written, this causes a priority effect where the conditions follow this order of priority (with the later conditions overwriting the earlier conditions):
