A Gargoyle Statue is a type of Trap placed in various locations throughout all three Acts of the game.

Involvement[edit section | visual editor]

Gargoyle Statues are an interior feature, depicting a winged creature chiselled of stone. They are commonly placed in dungeons, crypts and well-equipped vaults, serving as adornment and a means of defence for these places (or parts of them) from trespassers.

As traps, Gargoyle Statues are usually triggered through a marble plate (or any other similar means) planted nearby.

Upon triggering, Gargoyle Statues project a jet of flame that protrudes forward for a decent distance once per turn (e.g., statues in Grymforge eject flame for 15 meters), dealing 3d4FireFire damage to any targets in their way, possibly make them fall Prone Prone.
