Improved Warding Flare is a Light Domain cleric passive feature/reaction that complements  Warding Flare to give these clerics the option to protect allies instead of themselves.

Description

When an enemy attacks an ally, you can use your  Reaction to impose  Disadvantage on the  Attack Roll, possibly causing their attack to miss.
