Kelemvor's Kiss Branch is a common Miscellaneous item used by Nettie to poison the player character if they are dishonest with her.

A thorny branch of the Kelemvor's Kiss bush. Though renowned for its deadly effects, the barbs on this branch are discoloured and drained of their poison.

Where to find

• Wielded by  Nettie's hands during the quest ⁠Get Help from Healer Nettie if the player character is dishonest with her and allows her to poison them and succeeds on a Nature check before grabbing the branch from her.

Notes

• If a party member gets stung by this branch, they receive the condition  At Death's Door, which inflicts a -2 penalty to all Ability Scores, and continues to worsen after Resting.
• If the player character fails to identify the branch before taking it from Nettie, they receive a  Poison Branch instead.
• The item's name appears as Poison Branch in-game, in what may or may not be a bug.
