Notes

  • Lethal Weapon does not bypass immunity to bludgeoning, only resistance.
  • Lethal Weapon applies to unarmed strikes made while it is equipped. The game does not allow most characters to make unarmed strikes while a melee weapon is equipped in their main hand, but Monks who are level 5 and higher can use Stunning StrikeStunning Strike to do this; they can also use Unarmed StrikeUnarmed Strike to apply this effect with their off-hand as a Bonus Action.
  • All sources of BludgeoningBludgeoning damage from a character with Lethal Weapon ignore resistance. For example, another dual-wielded bludgeoning damage weapon striking in melee, Dwarven Thrower being thrown, or the spell Ice StormIce Storm.
