Notes

Regarding Moonlight Butterflies:

• The Moonlight Butterflies area affects every entity inside it, including allies and inanimate objects.
• The 3 m (10 ft) range of the attack is just enough such that the attacker can remain outside of the Moonlight Butterflies area when attacking at maximum range. At any shorter range, the attacker will also be enveloped in the Moonlight Butterflies and suffer the penalties.
