• Creature has recently cut itself.
• Will lead into the  Rotting condition if a  DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw fails.
• Removed by healing.

 CON Save (DC 15)

• Open wound is starting to rot.
•  Disadvantage on  Ability Checks and  Saving Throws using Charisma.
•  DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw to remove condition when the condition expires from duration. Failure will lead to you gaining  Flesh Rot.

Sources of Open Wound

• Barbed Bulrush – interacting with the plant inflicts this condition on a failed  DC 10 Sleight of Hand Check
• Spike Traps – triggering a trap inflicts this condition and  Bleeding with no Saving Throw.

Notes

• The in-game tooltip does not mention it, but this condition can be removed by healing the afflicted target.
