Shield Blow is a class action triggered by Shield BashShield Bash on many Shields that allows the wearer to strike back with the shield when hit by a melee attack, possibly knocking the attacker ProneProne.

Description

When struck by a melee attack, your attacker must succeed a Dexterity Saving ThrowSaving Throw or fall ProneProne.

Notes

  • As the saving throw to apply ProneProne use the wielder's spell save DC, Shield Blow is more effective on casters than it is on martial characters.

Bugs

  • The in-game description of this ability states it requires a Dexterity saving throw, but it actually is a Strength saving throw.
