This article is about the reaction to trigger Sneak Attack on a critical hit. For the non-critical hit version, see Sneak Attack (reaction).
Sneak Attack (Critical Hit) is a rogue reaction. This ability allows the rogue to exploit an enemy's distraction and deal extra damage to their vulnerable spots with melee weapons. The weapon must have the finesse property, but can still utilise Strength if it is higher than Dexterity.

Description

Deal extra damage to a foe you have AdvantageAdvantage against.

You can also Sneak Attack targets ThreatenedThreatened by adjacent allies provided you aren't attacking with DisadvantageDisadvantage.
