Notes

  • For Tactician and Honour difficulty, this damage is increased to 3d6NecroticNecrotic per spell level.
  • Removed automatically on exiting the Ancient Lair through the passageway. Fast traveling to another area before leaving the Lair does not remove this condition.
  • Remove CurseRemove Curse removes this condition[1]
  • AstarionAstarion[2] and JaheiraJaheira (if she is wearing Khalid's Gift) are immune to this condition.
  • Cantrips and spells that use class resources (such as Radiance of the DawnRadiance of the Dawn) do not trigger the damage, as they inherently do not have levels.
  • ShieldShield does not trigger damage.
