Notes

Regarding Arcane Vivaciousness:

• Spells with attack rolls or saving throws will trigger Arcane Vivaciousness if they miss/fail.
• In melee means that the wearer must be in range of a melee enemy and under the  Threatened condition. Enemies wielding ranged weapons do not impose this condition and thus do not trigger Arcane Vivaciousness.
