Cefrey is one of the bandits raiding the Overgrown Ruins in Act One.

Cefrey is in the Refectory inspecting the library for loot together with BartonBarton, HaseidHaseid, and TorggaTorgga, wWhile MariMari patrols the antechamber and AndornAndorn guards the Chapel Entrance. Cefrey and the others are instantly hostile to the party.
