The Dead Eyes are a group of mercenaries who reside in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Involvement

Act Three

The Dead Eyes are only encountered in Old Garlow's Place if the party does not complete ⁠Save Mayrina during Act One. As a result, Mayrina does not establish the Anti-Hag Support Group, and the Dead Eyes take their place instead.
