Wild Magic: Slow

Wild Magic: Slow is a Wild Magic Sorcerer free action which is randomly used when triggered by a  Wild Magic roll; it places the  Slowed condition on the user as per the  Slow spell, reducing their  Armour Class, Dexterity, Saving Throws and  Actions.

• Affected entity's  Movement Speed is halved, and its  Armour Class and Dexterity  Saving Throws are reduced by 2.
• The entity can't take  Reactions^{[See Notes]} or make more than 1 attack per turn,^{[See: Bugs]} and can only take either an  Action or a  Bonus Action.
• Spells cast might be delayed for 1 turn.^{[See: Bugs]}
