Servant Asthena shows up at the Grey Harbour Docks west of the Blushing Mermaid in the Lower City once all three Netherstones are collected by the party. Once the party approaches, she is forcibly transformed into a Mind Flayer by  Ceremorphosis together with  Marie Taylira and  Tailor Vhynce.
