Kaet Ling is a human merchant who can be found negotiating with  Trader Djingo in the Grey Harbour Docks during Act Three.

Act Three

Kaet Ling can be found haggling with Djingo in an attempt to purchase saltpetre, a chemical used to make explosives for the upcoming fight. Kaet knows the upcoming fights will require war materials and is hoping to make a profit.

Kaet's attitude towards the party changes depending on the outcome of ⁠Stop the Presses.
