Vharranne

Bully Gal Vharranne is a Human in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate. She is near the Grey Harbour Docks, as part of  Churg Elvek's mob, ready to bring  Volo to "justice".

Involvement

Act Three

When approaching the Steel Watch Foundry, the party can come across Churg Elvek and his mob, as well as Volo who is tied up to some  Smokepowder Barrels. Upon approaching, a cutscene plays out where Churg accusses Volo of harmful lies, conspiracies and fear mongering. The party can opt to intervene or simply draw their weapons after which Churg and his mob attack.
