Brekka's corpse is in the Under Temple Cave Area together with the corpses of  Melkor and  Reddil at around X: 92 Y: -1046.

She was part of a group of refugees Father Lorgan tried to hide from the Flaming Fist. He was presumably killed, either by  Dolor or the group of doppelgangers in the cave.
