• Suffers  Disadvantage on  Attack Rolls and Ability Checks.

Notes

• The in-game tooltip says this effect inflicts Poisoned for 1 turn, but it actually inflicts it for 2 turns.
• Applying Poisoned can only occur once per attack. A spell hitting multiple targets like  Cloudkill will only apply the condition to a single target.

Bugs

• Additional damage is added solely based on the DamageType flag of the action used. It does not actually check that the action was a spell.

When it deals spell damage, it gains 2  Lightning Charges. While attuned to Kereska's lightning, it can cast  Chain Lightning at 6th level and  Lightning Bolt at 3rd level once per short rest.
Gripped by Kereska's Flame	Affected entity has resistance to ⁠Fire damage. Its fire spells deal additional damage equal to its proficiency bonus. When it deals spell damage, it gains 2 turns of  Heat. While attuned to Kereska's flame, it can cast  Fireball at 3rd level and  Wall of Fire at 5th level once per short rest.
Rumbling with Kereska's Thunder	Affected entity has resistance to ⁠Thunder damage. Its thunder spells deal additional damage equal to its proficiency bonus. When it deals spell damage, it inflicts 2 turns of  Reverberation upon the target. While attuned to Kereska's thunder, it can cast  Shatter and  Destructive Wave at 5th level once per short rest.
