Borri Paver is a dwarven Black Gauntlet of Bane in the Steel Watch Foundry in Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Involvement

Borri is in the Foundry Labs of the Steel Watch Foundry at X: -1939 Y: 442. He carries a  Motivator which he can activate in combat.

Call forth spirits to protect the area around you.

Nearby enemies take 3d8Necrotic damage per turn, and their Movement Speed is halved. Lasts for 10 turns.
