Involvement

Tamia Holzt guards the Steel Watch Foundry and watches over the Gondians who are forced to work there to produce the Steel Watchers for  Enver Gortash.

When first encountered, the party can witness her coercing a Gondian by starting Prinski's Motivation Sequence which would detonate the  Kill Collars worn by each Gondian if completed.

In the Elfsong Tavern, the party can meet  Blarson Throaks and his wife  Clovia discussing how their son  Gasper just got a new job working as a guard at the Steel Watch foundry, due to the help of Tamia Holzt. As the discussion continues, Clovia reveals that Tamia has become her new lover and she is leaving her husband.

Combat

When engaged in combat, Holzt prioritizes casting  Planar Ally: Deva (Banite) and activating her  Motivator which must be quickly disarmed or every Gondian dies.

Give enemies disadvantage on Attacks and saving throws while in your oppressive presence.

Creatures that can't be Frightened are immune to this aura.

Call forth spirits to protect the area around you.
