Involvement

Act Three

Hoots Hooligan sells a variety of alcoholic beverages. She tells the party that her most recent invention,  Hoots' Hooch, can "beef them up" or "sharpen their tongue", or it could drop anyone in the blink of an eye. The party can choose to take their chances at which point Hoots offers a taste for free, granting the following inspiration:

• ⁠Alternative Vocations ( Guild Artisan backgrounds)
• ⁠Giving a Private Performance ( Entertainer backgrounds)

The effect of drinking the hootch is randomized. If the effect is  Hoots' Hooch: Blackout, the imbiber will wake up inside Wyrm's Rock Prison.

At the bar  Korrilla can be encountered. She occasionally chats with Hoots about her master  Raphael.
