Keren is a monstrosity character in Act Three. Though appearing to be animal tamers for the Circus of the Last Days, Keren and Ryland Ryland are doppelgangers serving Orin Orin and the Cult of the Absolute.

Keren stands beside Crimson's Crimson's cage in the Circus of the Last Days, at X: -57 Y: -34. Keren reveals a violent streak if spoken to, voicing its wish that Crimson eat the fingers of any children who get too close to his cage.

When the Dribbles Dribbles impersonator signals the ambush to start (or combat with it otherwise begins), Keren and Ryland spend their first turns unlocking the animal cages holding Crimson and Shadow-Whiskers Shadow-Whiskers, unless they were were previously freed or pacified. After the cages are open, they use Morphic Ambush Morphic Ambush and revert to their native doppelganger forms.

Tampering with the cages, including unlocking and opening them, turns Keren, Dribbles and Ryland Temporarily Hostile Temporarily Hostile if detected.
