Medrash is a red dragonborn Bard at the Circus of the Last Days in Rivington in Act Three.

Medrash will play Bard Dance, or The Power after certain events unfold at the circus. The player can join in with them if they have instrument proficiency, but Medrash will be too immersed in playing to talk.

You know what you need? A ripper of a ballad! Prepare your heart, nay - your very soul!
