Where to find

Notes

  • Depending on when the party members arrive, Abdirak may be carrying it, or it may be on the table or the floor near him.
  • Both effects of this weapon grant the condition The Pain Maiden's BlessingThe Pain Maiden's Blessing, which is equivalent to a 1-turn duration BlessBless for the wielder. It does not stack with other conditions with the same stack ID as Bless or with itself.
  • In comparison to the Ritual Axe, the self-damage caused by Blood Sacrifice is not magical, so it can be reduced even by non-magical damage reduction effects like Heavy Armour MasterHeavy Armour Master.

Bugs

Regarding The Pain Maiden's Blessing:

  • When dual-wielding the Ritual Dagger with a flail or morningstar using the Dual WielderDual Wielder feat, TenacityTenacity can be triggered by missing an attack with the dagger, dealing BludgeoningBludgeoning damage and triggering The Pain Maiden's Blessing.
  • The description of The Pain Maiden's Blessing erroneously claims that the effect lasts until the end of the next turn, but it is instead removed at the start of it.
