Cirian is a member of the Cult of Bhaal, found in Bloomridge Park in the Lower City during Act Three.

Cirian is found speaking with a Sinister Hooded ManSinister Hooded Man down the steps from the statue of Balduran in the park. Speaking to her triggers a fight with the cultists in the area.
