Spaulder

Death's Head of Bhaal Spaulder is a member of the Cult of Bhaal, found in Bloomridge Park in the Lower City during Act Three.

Involvement

Spaulder will be hiding just behind the statue of Balduran in the park. If they are not discovered with a Perception check, they have a surprise round. Otherwise, a fight is initiated after speaking with  Cirian and the  Sinister Hooded Man.
