Gondian Lilly Tilly is a rock gnome member of the Church of Gond who can be found in the Steel Watch Foundry during Act Three.

Involvement

Act Three

Lilly Tilly can be encountered together with  Zanner Toobin and other Gondians at the Foundry. She and  Pippin Bow only appear if two or more Gondians are killed during the party's first visit to the Foundry, the  Motivator did not go off, and the party came back to the Foundry after visiting the Iron Throne.
