Ohara Ohira is a Dark Breaker of Umberlee, found in Act Three.

Ohara Ohira can be encountered in the Water Queen's Cellar with other Umberlee followers.

Hurl a sphere of energy that deals 2d8⁠Cold⁠Cold damage and creates an Ice Ice surface.

Conjure Elemental: Water Elemental Conjure Elemental: Water Elemental (Action + Level 5 Spell Slot)

The water elemental can use Winter's Breath Winter's Breath, Slam Slam, and can mete out cold punishment upon foes with its fists.

Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10⁠Piercing⁠Piercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6⁠Cold⁠Cold damage to anyone nearby. It leaves an Ice Ice surface. On miss, the shard of ice still explodes.

This spell can be cast while you are Silenced Silenced.
