Kevo Phogge

Kevo Phogge is a member of the Cult of Bhaal, found in the Abandoned Cistern in the Lower City Sewers during Act Three.

Involvement

Kevo Phogge can be found guarding Sluice Gate in the Abandoned Cistern with  Barnz and  Cilarea. Getting close to her triggers a fight.
