Old Cleric Spell list[edit section]

Revamped to match the much shorter class-only spell list excluding subclasses

* Spells marked with a domain indicates that the spell is considered a domain spell for that domain. These spells are always prepared for Clerics belonging to that domain.

Alternative table for which deity can be picked for which race[edit section]

Perhaps we can use this table instead of the few sentences to indicate which deities are possible per race?

Unique dialogues per deity[edit section]

FYI @DistantMarker I wasn't sure where to put this so for now I removed it from this page, because class pages tend to be quite packed with content already, and this table is pretty huge.

Putting it on the Deity page is fine with me.
Also, if you need the source, I just looked up all the dialog that was flagged by each cleric type on https://baldursgate3.game-script.com/. 175.177.48.29 16:44, 5 June 2026 (CEST)Reply
Oh, I wasn't logged in, but that comment is from me. DistantMarker (talk) 16:45, 5 June 2026 (CEST)Reply
Thanks for the info! I'll integrate it into the deities page somehow. Will see how it best fits. Taylan (talk) 16:59, 5 June 2026 (CEST)Reply
I just took a closer look at the situation and all the methods used to determine the numbers seem a bit unreliable. For example, when using the link above, it also includes tag checks where the game actually checks if the tag is false. (E.g., can't select dialogue options to ask someone about Selune, if your deity is Selune.) I think it's better to leave out this table, and just mention that Selune and Mystra have the most interactions because that's pretty clear when using a different method: Check the raw dialogue files for occurrences of "[CLERIC_MYSTRA]" and "[CLERIC_SELUNE]" (with the square brackets) because that indicates that the tag is visually prepended to a dialogue option in-game. Using this method, Selune and Mystra are way up there, and all the others follow much later. Taylan (talk) 17:57, 5 June 2026 (CEST)Reply
