Raider Zar'an is a githyanki in Crèche Y'llek in Act One.
You are permitted in here. Do not confuse that with being welcome.

Zar'an and Warrior Vu’unWarrior Vu’un guard the Hatchery of the Crèche Y’llek. She stands on a high rocky cliff deep inside the Hatchery, along the northern wall.

She is contained and has little to say, apart from warning a non-gith player character or reticently welcoming player character if they are her kin.

She becomes hostile to the party if they try to sneak past her and steal the egg and trigger a trap, or if they choose wrong options when speaking with Varsh Ko'kuuVarsh Ko'kuu, or if they are permitted to approach and take the egg, but instead crush it (the latter option is not available for githyanki player characters).

Spend 6 m (20 ft) of your movement. For the rest of your turn, roll ranged damage twice and use the highest result.

Surrounded by silver mist, you teleport to an unoccupied space you can see.
