Civilian stands in the corner of reception room in the Wyrm's Rock Fortress, waiting his case to be brought on before a Flaming Fist investigator. Along with

- Let's rehearse this one more time. Pretend I'm a Fist, and tell me what you were doing in the house.
- Civilian
- Well, your Fistliness, we broke down the door because it sounded like somebody was in trouble inside.
- Arborio Rolfin
- The house was on fire. We were rescuing people.
- Fentamia Viney
- I spoke to a witness who says you entered the house before the fire started.
- Civilian
- Who said that? I'll break their bloody legs!
- Arborio Rolfin
- Err, what my friend means to say is that the witness must have been mistaken. Probably a drunk.
- Fentamia Viney
- Better. I almost believed you this time.
